NCC Automated Systems has developed a truly unique solution for the solar panel and module assembly process. This video provides a brief overview of the design and solutions. Our conveyor can quickly adjusts its width for different sized glass panels. It does this by having a single crank that moves the outer support beams while the middle beam keep the centerline intact.
The sturdy frame is designed to handle heavy tempered glass panels and solar PV (photovoltaic) modules. It also has several innovative safety features as well as a design that requires low maintenance.
