Trim Lines (Sanitary)

Trim lines are designed to transport raw product to operators.  Operators will remove product from the conveyor and trim product to the desired specification and place onto another conveyor to transport downstream to the next processing station.  Operators will take the trimmed product and place it on the lower conveyor for waste.

Key Features:

Typically for light and medium sized loads.  Can be suitable for cartons or case handling. Light duty to heavy construction.


Options:

  • Stainless steel washdown construction
  • Single lane or multiple lanes
  • Operator tables with down chutes to waste conveyor
  • Urethane style belting for product contact
  • Can be equipped with one station or several stations
  • Stations can be on one side or both sides of the conveyor
