Spreader Conveyors (Sanitary)

Spreader conveyors are typically used to spread, or separate product, but can be used to converge product.  Spreader conveyors are used in applications for vision systems for inspection and robotic pick and place, enrobing systems (product coating), cooling applications, or to separate product for operator handling.

Typically for light and medium sized loads such as cookies. These spreader conveyors can be designed and built to any practical size and length to suit the product size and product characteristics. Available in full washdown versions using all styles of belting from food grade plastic modular, stainless steel chain/mesh, and FDA approved rope style belting.
