Powered Tight Transfer Conveyors (Non-Sanitary)

Powered tight transfer  use a specialized belt designed for tight transfers. The tight nose bar transfer makes this design an ideal solution for in-feed and out-feed to machinery and other styles of conveyors that have a larger pulley diameter. These conveyors can be designed and built at any width for the application.  Frequently called Micropitch or Cleatrac transfers.

Key Features:

Industry standard modular plastic belt or tight weave metal belt small-pitch option provides a nose bar for product transfer of smaller items, which is often necessary with small diameter product and product that needs to maintain orientation through the transfer points.


Options:

  • Can be built to any practical length and width
  • Can often be slave driven
  • Easily added to the design of a traditional conveyor to greatly improve the transfer point
  • Metal or plastic belting
