Merge Systems (Sanitary)

Merge Conveyors & Combiner Conveyors are used to arrange products flowing from multiple infeed lines of conveyor. Typically, the merging process is needed to combine product from upstream equipment with multiple lines, into a single stream of product on a single conveyor.  Sawtooth merge, live roller merge, belt merge (including active roller belts), spur merge, slug merges, traffic cops and chicaning system (for bulk product) are several options for merging.

Key Features:

Typically for light and medium sized loads.  Can be suitable for product, packages, cartons and case handling. Light duty to medium construction


Options:

  • Multiple solutions for merging, dependent on product
  • Not all merge applications require an electrical controls package
  • Washdown applications available (dependent on product)
