Freezer Discharge Aligners (Sanitary)

Freezer discharge aligners allow un-even rows to become aligned.  Alignment can be achieved by a simple pneumatic gate which when activated will be in the down position allowing product to rest against a stop until all lanes are touching.  Once the lanes are registered against the stop, the pneumatic gate rises allowing the aligned row to transport downstream.

Key Features:

Typically for light and medium sized loads. Can be suitable for product, packaged, cartons or case handling. Light duty to heavy construction

  • Suitable for washdown areas
