Cooling Conveyors (Sanitary)

Cooling conveyors are designed to allow airflow to pass through the belting and framework to allow for air circulation used in the cooling process.  Cooling conveyor frames and belting have large open areas. Belting is typically wire mesh or open plastic modular.

Key Features:

These conveyors are typically designed for high airflow to maximize the cooling process.  They are typically midstream in a line upstream of packaging that requires an ambient product. 

  • Large percentage of open construction for maximum air flow
  • Supplied with plastic or stainless steel belting
  • Sanitary design allows for applications in areas where washdown is required
  • Curved or straight path configurations


Options:

  • Can be sanitary or non-sanitary
  • Frame designs are based on type of circulation required
  • Size and length are dependent on the amount of cooling required
