NCC Class of 2021 Hires: Keep the Ball Rolling in 2022!

2021 was yet another interesting year. Throughout it all, we continue to strive to be the best we can with a phenomenal team of committed and hardworking individuals. We have continued to expand our expertise with new hires to best serve and support our customers.

Let's introduce the new employees hired in 2021!

 

LopezHans Lopez:


Hans came to the Controls Engineering Department as one of our first hires of the new year. Hans has a very strong technical and controls background and is a tremendous addition to the department. He is proficient in our standard tools and is no stranger to automation. He came to NCC with 7 years of experience as a Controls Engineer from the Backcock and Wilcox company. Hans has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Drexel University. Hans has been an excellent fit to our department and embodies all of our core values day in and day out! 

 

 

LuftThomas Luft:


Tom has joined the team as the new Sales & Applications Manager. This role was currently handled by Kevin Mauger.  Tom came from Nercon, a reputable conveyor manufacturer out of Wisconsin. He comes from an exceptional background and was able to hit the ground running, bringing his depth of knowledge & experience into our village the day he started. We are privileged to have Tom in the NCC family. 

 

 

BobBob Wismer:


Bob is a critical member of the Electrical Manufacturing Department as a Control Panel Builder. Bob may have been familiar to some as he previously worked here under a subcontractor, Swartley Bros. Bob is a perfect fit for NCC as his energy and passion are directly inline with the core values we all hold so close!

 

 

BobbilyneBobbilynne Barr:


Bobbilynne joined the Supply Chain team full time as an Expeditor. She previously worked part time with NCC and we knew we wanted more of her! In this role she works to proactively identify at risk orders, expedite suppliers, identify and help solve sourcing issues, as well as provide support to our Buyers and Customer Service teams. She is an excellent problem solver and a dedicated worker. We are lucky to have her a part of our team! 

 

 

JanusPeter Janus:


Peter joined the Mechanical Engineering Team as the newest Senior Mechanical Designer. He has extensive experience in the food, beverage, and automation industry including conveyor systems, robotic pick and place systems, conveyor ovens, spiral cooling systems and much much more! Peter is our second remote Mechanical Engineer as he hails from sunny Florida! Peter’s energy and passion are directly in line with the core values we all hold sacred and we are excited to see what opportunities lie ahead for him in the new year! 

 

 

BlochAlex Bloch:


Alex joined the Core Project Management/System Engineering team. Alex brought over 10 years of PM/SE experience from Ilapak and Micron Dynamics.  Bakery, Pharma, IQF, and dairy are all industries Alex is familiar with. Alex is intensely driven to get things done right and strives to achieve high standards of accuracy and quality. We are so happy he calls NCC his home! 

 

 

TonyAnthony Maniscalco:


Tony is our Director of Sales, Business Unit Leader for SideDrive Conveyor Co. He started in February and brings executive level experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning.  He has been in the conveyor world his whole career and is excited to continue his passion here at NCC. He is a dynamic part of our growing organization and comes to work excited and raring to go!

 

 

JasonXuhui (Jason) Liu:


Jason is part of the Controls Engineering department who started in March. In his previous life, Jason was an Electrical Controls Design/Project Lead Engineer for the Babcock and Wilcox Company in Exton, PA. Jason embodies our core values, and we are thrilled that he’s joined us to use his talents here at NCC. 

 

 

LoreLore McFadden:


It is with great excitement that Lore joined NCC as the HR Administrator.  Lore tasks are HR, Payroll, and Benefits.  With a current headcount of 90, she is able to provide clear clarity for employees and managers on where to go for questions, information and guidance. She has played a huge role in making things run smoother and more efficient. We are grateful and so happy she is here! 

 

 

Steven DodsonSteven Dodson:


Steve Dodson is Glide-Line’s National Sales Engineer. Steve has the “killer combination” of a background that includes Engineering (Machine Design and Applications) with his time with ATC and IAS, and Regional Sales with his most recent position with Intelligent Actuator Inc. Steve is a key component to our aggressive growth moving forward, and fits right in with our Glide-Line Sales Team and Rep Network. Welcome to the NCC family Steve! 

 

 

ElijahElijah Altamirano:


Elijah is with the Electrical Department as a Electrical Technician. Elijah recently graduated from Upper Bucks County Technical School and is excited to start his career with us. He is a fast learner and has proven to be a vital part of the team at NCC. 

 

 

 

MentzelDaniel Mentzel:


Dan started in the Sales & Applications Engineering Department. In his previous life, Dan was an Senior Project Engineer and most recently an Account Manager for Nercon Engineering in Neenah, WI.  He is very familiar with conveyor systems, AUTOCAD, etc. and is already making an immediate impact with the S&A Team. Dan brings 20+ years of material handling industry experience. Dan may not be physically in the office as he works remotely in Wisconsin, but he sure plays a critical part of the team! 

 

 

 

CatinoCody Catino:


Cody started in the FAB department, his main responsibility is welding but is interested in many other areas in the department. Since he started he has been doing everything except welding and done it with a smile on his face. He is proving to be a great fit in the Fab department and NCC. He comes with 13 years of previous welding experience. When he’s not working he enjoys fly fishing and snowboarding (one of his favorite places to snowboard is Blue Mountain) Cody and his wife, Amber reside in Schnecksville, PA with their two children Mia and Bentley. 

 

 

HuymaierKristen Huymaier:


Kristen joined our village as a Supply Chain Manager. Kristen brings with her more than 10 years of Supply Chain Operations experience. She is driven, results oriented and is going to provide a positive impact in our organization. She graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and currently resides in Harleysville with her husband, two daughters and Siberian Husky. She enjoys running and working out on her Peloton.  

 

 

CaccamoChristina Caccamo:


Christina was hired for the Core Sales & Apps Group. Christina brings years of success in national account management, most recently in robotics automation. She is highly customer-centric with excellent relationship building skills, and we look forward to utilizing those skills in forging solid relationships with Large End User Customers. Her extensive involvement with PMMI will also be very beneficial in establishing relationships with Key OEM Accounts as well. She lives in Nashville, TN and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois. Welcome aboard Christina! 

 

 

CJCatherine (CJ) Swift:


CJ is joining the Supply Chain group working in Material Handling.  CJ grew up in Maryland, but now resides in Lansdale with her husband, two sons and their two cats. She enjoys camping, hiking and running obstacle races, CJ loves old jazz music like Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington. She also enjoys old school hip hop. CJ has a fun-loving attitude and brings a wonderful positive attitude to the Supply Chain team. She is an excellent fit to the NCC family. 

 

 

KellerAshley Keller:


Ashley is also joining the Supply Chain team! She came from the retail world where she has worked at Lowe’s. She has a background in inventory practices, purchasing and coordinating orders. Ashley is residing in Collegeville with her husband and 2 kids. Ashley enjoys sports, camping, hiking, and outdoor activities in general. We are excited to see where her journey takes her here at NCC!

 

 

SimmonsKevin Simmons:


Kevin joins our village as an IT Analyst. Kevin has been in the IT field for 7 years.  His latest position was with a health care provider in Pottstown, PA.  He has extensive research in the types of networks, clients, and servers we utilize here at NCC. He is a vital part of the team here at NCC making sure all our IT needs are met! Welcome to the family Kevin! 

 

 

MerleHector Merle:

Hector was previously a machine operator at a local food group.  He was born in Patillas, Puerto Rico.  Hector has a daughter, Emerrleys.  In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball and working on cars.  If anyone wants to tint their windows, come see Hector.

 

 

 

Vielhauer

Michael Vielhauer:

Michael was hired to strengthen our team in System Assembly.  He comes in with a good background in mechanics.  Michael was in the Army National Guard and served as a Robotics Technician.  He was also a volunteer firefighter in Telford.    He lives in Souderton and has 3 kids.  He enjoys reading and camping.

As President, Kevin Mauger leads new business growth and product development strategy to help customers increase profitability. NCC offers business units that provide product handling and integration solutions to a variety of industries including food, packaging, assembly automation and optical labs. Mauger started his career with NCC days after his college graduation in 1994 in the Applications Engineering department. In 2006, he purchased the company, instilled a new philosophy and has grown the company six-times over since. His vision for NCC is to create a positive and inspiring culture for both employees and customers. Mauger is a life-long Pennsylvanian. His childhood home was in Chalfont, PA and he graduated from Central Bucks High School West and attended University of Delaware. He currently resides in Lower Gwynedd, PA with his wife Danielle. He has three children: Kyle (28), Madison (25) and Kelsey (19).
