Radius Conveyor
Directional Oriented Conveying – Sanitary
Radius Conveyors can be critical for maintaining orientation of product and allow for the process flow of a production line to change directions. Radius conveyors use a specially designed style of food grade belting and a custom conveyor design engineered to contain the belting through the curves. Conveyors are manufactured to follow any path and any angle.
Key Features:
Radius conveyors can be designed and built for all products and all applications. The belting is made with food grade plastics and the open design is easy to clean. As with all plastic modular belting, many styles of radius belting allow for most conveyor designs.
Options:
- Nosebar transfers
- Standard radius and tight radius applications for washdown environments
- Zero tangent conveyors
- Fixed radius fabric / flexible belting solutions
- Integrated powered transfers
Radius Conveyor
Directional Oriented Conveying – Non-Sanitary

Radius conveyors use a specially designed style of belting and a custom conveyor design engineered to contain the belting through the curves. Conveyors are manufactured to follow any path and any angle.
Key Features:
Radius conveyors can be designed and built for all products from bulk handling loose products to transferring heavy cases. As with all plastic modular belting, many styles of radius belting allow for most conveyor designs including nosebar transfers, standard radius and tight radius applications.
Options:
- Tight transfers are available and conveyors can be supplied as a ‘S’ curve
- All radius conveyors are engineered through a qualification software program to confirm horsepower required and belt pull/strength
- We work with all the industry leading belting suppliers including Intralox to supply the latest innovations in belting and radius conveyor applications
