This Gantry pick & place cell uses a Gantry Robot to automatically top-load your products into cases or trays. Its X, Y, Z-axis functionality makes it the ideal packing solution for rigid items like cans, bottles, jars, and cartons. The system ensures gentle product handling—using either vacuum or mechanical tooling—to maintain product integrity and achieve consistent tray and case packing. It easily accommodates a wide variety of case/tray sizes and pack patterns. Furthermore, its modular design allows it to seamlessly fit into any existing production line or integrate as part of a complete packaging solution alongside our case forming, tray forming, sealing, and robotic palletizing equipment.
