Metal Belt Curves - Wire Mesh Belting (Sanitary)

Metal belt curves are typically used in applications involving high heat or chemicals.  They can be a stand alone curve, or part of a conveyor with tangents upstream and downstream.  They are made in both heavy duty and lighter duty. Metal belt curves have a relatively higher cost than other curve options, but can be a great solution in specific applications.

Key Features:

  • Suitable for high heat applications
  • Suitable for chemical applications
  • Great tracking features
  • Good for abrasive environments
  • Very open design, can be great for cooling or drying applications
  • Great for use after enrobing to allow maximum area for drainage

Options:

  • Heavy or lighter duty
  • Mesh overlay options
  • Tight radius
  • Nosebar transfers
  • Lots of mesh opening and overlay options
  • Can be stand alone curve (no tangents) or built into a conveyor with straight sections
