This All-In-One Case Packer streamlines tray formation by automating the fold-and-tuck process.

Tray Formation: It efficiently extracts individual tray blanks from a hopper and guides them through forming plows, erecting side and end panels while simultaneously folding minor flaps. As the tray descends, pneumatically controlled tucker bars fold and secure the roll-over flap, creating a fully formed tray.
Product Loading: The integrated robotic top-load cell then automatically top-loads products into the formed trays.
Gentle Handling: Utilizing vacuum or mechanical pick-up methods, the system ensures careful product handling, maintaining product integrity. This versatility allows for accommodating a wide range of product sizes and pack patterns.
