Merge Conveyors & Combiner Conveyors are used to arrange products flowing from multiple infeed lines of conveyor. Typically, the merging process is needed to combine product from upstream equipment with multiple lines, into a single stream of product on a single conveyor. Sawtooth merge, live roller merge, belt merge (including active roller belts), spur merge, slug merges, traffic cops and chicaning system (for bulk product) are several options for merging.
