Chicaning Systems are used to orient mass product flow into a single file. They utilize a series of plows and speed changes to guide the products. The number and ratio of speed changes and types of plows used are the major variables that are dependent upon the overall application. Round product can be singulated at up to 500 ppm and square product up to 300 ppm.
