This is an hourly position with great benefits, health insurance, paid vacation, ESOP, bonus program, and 401K.

 

General Descriptions of Duties

The role of Customer Service Representative is critical to providing these services.  In addition to our other customer facing staff, you are the Voice of NCC and an important Voice of the Customer.  In this role diligence, attention to detail, organization and the ability to push through challenges are critical.  This job supports business customers as well as other team members.

Ideal Experience

  • A successful customer facing role with a company for a minimum of 3 years
  • Business to business background
  • Comfortable working with different forms of communication: email, voice, text
  • Experience with various shipping methods including parcel and freight
  • Experience in various other administrative duties
