Portable Work Station (Non-Sanitary)

Non-sanitary workstations are assembled with aluminum or painted steel construction conveyors.  Typically, the stations will be a two or three-tiered conveyor system. A three-tier system would have a top conveyor conveying empty cases, the middle conveyor transporting carton or packages to an operator with a fixed end stop and the bottom conveyor will convey full cases on a live roller conveyor to the case taper. All three conveyors will share a common support structure with locking casters.

Key Features:

Typically for light and medium sized loads.  Can be suitable for packaged, cartons or case handling. Light duty to heavy construction.

Options:

  • Painted or aluminum construction
  • Straight running conveyors only
  • Can handle multiple sizes cartons and cases
  • One common support structure
  • Entire system to be on locking casters
