Harold Gonzalez - “The Ultimate Warrior”

Harold Gonzalez is this month's Employee Spotlight. Harold has been with NCC Automated Systems for 11 years as the Lead Assembly Technician & Field Supervisor.  He plays a vital role in the company and takes pride in his work everyday.  One incredible accomplishment is that Harold has saved the company over $100,000 in one year alone on shipments to partner customers. 

One thing he loves doing is going to the field and solving problems that the customers are facing.  This is yet another reason we are lucky to have Harold on the NCC Automated Systems team!  Harold explained that NCC Automated Systems is different from other companies and he believes the unique systems in place provides customers with solutions that would not be found anywhere else. 

Harold enjoys coming to work and conducting installations, and prides himself (and his team) on delivering in a timely manner and without any problems after installation. Harold is the go to guy when it comes to projects. The bigger the better is his motto! 

Harold’s direct supervisor is Chris Hyland who said:

Harold has a wife and is a proud dad to two kids, a son and a daughter. They love anything with a motor and being outside. They ride ATVs together and are big into drag racing, they have several race cars. One subject matter that Harold said he would like to learn more about is electrical / controls. Harold plays a big piece in the puzzle here at NCC Automated Systems and we are so glad he is a part of the team!
