Pressureless Singlefilers are used to combine mass flow transportation of nonstructural and relatively unstable cylindrical and non-round product to single file.

Pressureless Singlefilers convey mass flow product to single file transportation by pulling product mass apart with pressureless product acceleration.

They are typically comprised of Mat-Top chain construction although Table-Top chain construction is available.

Rates of up to 1600CPM can be achieved dependent on product characteristics and weight.
