High Speed Pick and Place De-stacker
Pick and place crust destacker picks up groups of 16 crusts from a stack of 12 and sets down a layer at a time. Unit cycle time under seconds per cycle (>20 times per minute). Innovative design of the system allows the weight of the "Z" axis motor weight to be exclusive of the X-axis travel, reducing wear and tear greatly.
